We believe knowledge has a greater impact when it is shared and  implemented. ResearchImpact, Canada's knowledge mobilization network, is designed to support the active, two-way exchange of information and expertise between knowledge creators and knowledge users.

University of Victoria, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, University of Saskatchewan, Wilfrid Laurier University, University of Guelph, York University, Carleton University, Université de Montréal, Université du Québec à Montréal and the Harris Centre at Memorial University have partnered to develop Canada's first institutional strategy designed to connect university researchers with community and government organizations to support the use of research in decision-making about social programming, public policy, and professional practice.

At the institutional level, we are developing knowledge mobilization units to connect knowledge creators with knowledge users in fields related to policy and practice relevant research.

We will also provide support for decision-makers to become actively engaged in every step of the research cycle, ensuring that research is better able to impact policy, programming, and practice.
